Jessica R. Haskell, J.D. joined Vistagen as Vice President, Associate General Counsel in August 2022 and began serving as Corporate Secretary in November 2022. Prior to joining Vistagen, Ms. Haskell was a Partner at Disclosure Law Group, a boutique corporate and securities firm, where she practiced in the areas of securities and corporate law for over 10 years. During her time at Disclosure Law Group, Ms. Haskell represented public companies across a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, banking, software and technology, in connection with ongoing reporting and disclosure obligations to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ms. Haskell’s experience also includes representation of public companies in connection with SEC registered and exempted capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and capital restructurings, and advising clients on NASDAQ/NYSE and corporate governance matters.
 
Ms. Haskell earned her juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. degree in Political Science, with an emphasis on Law and Society, from the University of California, Riverside, where she graduated cum laude.
