Trisha Fitzmaurice is the Senior Vice President, of Human Resources at Vistagen. She is responsibility for all aspects of human resources including employment law compliance, talent acquisition and development, total rewards, employee wellness, and diversity and inclusion.
Trisha is an HR professional with over 10+ years’ of experience mostly in life sciences/pharmaceutical industry serving both private and public companies. Prior to joining Vistagen, Trisha was Head of People and Culture at Shoreline BioSciences, where she was responsible for company culture, recruitment and overall strategy of employment policies and procedures to support organizational growth. Prior to Shoreline, Trisha was head of human resources at Adamis Pharmaceuticals.
Trisha holds a B.A. from Indiana University, Bloomington and J.D from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
